Working Principle and Technical Features:
*There is an inflatable gasket all around the door. We can compare this gasket to a bicycle inner tube. Gasket disinfectants are designed to be exposed to various chemical resistant materials and have a minimum dead volume. When the door is open, the seal is contracted by vacuum effect. When the door is closed, compressed air is applied to the seal and the seal bulges all around. With this swelling effect, the seal fits perfectly in the outer shell and provides a perfect seal.
*When we want to open the door, the pressure connection with the automation system is cut off and the vacuum connection is opened and the gasket is shrunk inside. When the shrinkage is completed, it is possible to open the door without opening the electric lock. The frame is 316 quality stainless steel depending on 304 quality requirement.
*Wing can be 2x6 mm tempered glass, HPL or stainless steel. Fully automatic PLC control system provides reliable and complete safety. The control circuit is regulated as 24 V so that there is no risk of electric shock in the event of a fault.
*Compressor failure, leak-proof penetration, leakage, etc. In case of emergency. With the emergency button, it is possible to open doors even if there is no electricity.
*It is possible to manufacture in the required dimensions. Card reader, fingerprint, iris recognition, etc. can be adapted to different door control systems. In-house compressor application for places where there is no compressed air, Communication with building management system is possible.
*On request, each product can be supplied with individual TUV approved and cold stamped.
